My Approach

I prioritize establishing a mutual understanding with my clients through finding our chemistry and maintaining

a natural flow in our communication. My services involve longterm programs with regular meetings,

which calls for you to make a daily commitment to your goals.

For the first four weeks of my services, you will not make any payments. Our first meeting will take place online (via video-chatting platforms such as Zoom, WhatsApp, FaceTime, etc.) or through a phone call. This initial interview will allow me to learn more about you, your current health status, and your health goals. After this, we will continue to meet for around thirty minutes once a week. I am always available for quick questions in between sessions. It will be up to you to complete any assignments we agree upon and to honor your commitment to improving your health. 

 

You will begin to make payments once we start to see the beginnings of success, though, only after the initial four weeks have elapsed. If you do not notice any improvements or you lose motivation to continue after these initial four weeks, we will cease our sessions at no cost until you are ready to try again. If you would like to continue our work together, I will provide you with a quote for the cost of the program as each individual's program will involve unique aspects that are varyingly priced. My services will be especially customized for your specific needs.
